Frequently asked question: What do I need for interlock device removal?

Answer: Please retain any / all forms given to you after applying for your ignition interlock license. For interlock removal, you will need to present a valid driver's license with no interlock restrictions. You may also need to present an official removal clearance / notification on letterhead or court minutes stating the order to remove the interlock. Once the above has been provided and verified, we simply remove your device.
