Each state has its own rules and operating parameters, but each Smart Start location prides itself on knowing the rules of the state in which it operates. Once a month you will be required to bring your vehicle in for service and calibration. At that time, the information that is on your device will be downloaded and sent to your monitoring authority. Your unit will also be calibrated during each visit to make sure it stays within the operating parameters that state law and your specific program require.
